AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consist of? Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

  • Production Engineer focused on Build Process / Performance Tracker Adherence in each phase of the SIRTAP FAL
  • Balance the resources according the needs of the Build Process.
  • Ensure no gaps of information with Manufacturing Engineering to avoid impact in the Lead Time.
  • Unblock Productions Issues (Work Orders) and main Trouble-Shooter to accomplish the daily plan.
  • Production MFT Focal Point with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Production Control and the rest of functions involved to solve Production Issues.
  • Time-Keeper and overall short-term Planning coordinator of station Responsible to prepare the next daily tasks and planning works (people, tools, jobcards and aircraft conditions ready to carry out the job).

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Student (recent graduate).
  • Level B2 English.
  • Specify the tools to be used Microsoft office / Google apps.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in complex and international environments.
