AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consist of?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

  • Collaborate and support the team of HR Business Partners of Illescas plant as well as non production functions (WLC CDT, Legacy, S19 & MDCD CDT, ME, P&I, VSM, Procurement and Quality)
  • Support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.
  • Support process standardization and implementation.
  • Learn and practice how to provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business.
  • Learn and practice how to support the development of the employees.
  • Learn and practice how to interact and advise the business on all people related matters.
  • Learn how to support, cascade and apply HR policy, E&C standards & national labor regulations towards management.
  • Learn how to ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or similar/Master students.
  • English: fluent negotiation level.
  • Spanish: negotiation level.
  • High knowledge in Google Suit Package.
  • Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in complex and international environments.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
