Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - Discover I 2026/2027, starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking, and relating.

The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.

What does this internship consist of? Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

The mission of this department is to manage the Health Management of the aircraft from end to end. Aircraft Health Management is the unified capability of using several disciplines to control the scheduling of aircraft needed maintenance actions.

These disciplines cover:

  • Health Monitoring
  • Predictive and Prescriptive Maintenance
  • Diagnosis
  • Prognosis
  • Condition Based Maintenance (CBM)

This internship will provide the candidate with a vision of the current challenges in the real application of Data Analytics to the aeronautical market.

The tasks to be performed will be to support the team in the multiple tasks associated with the system itself and the analysis of the acquired data for troubleshooting and/or debugging.

Required Skills:

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Knowledge in Data Management & Analytics, IA
  • Advanced level of English
  • Team player
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn

Your Profile:

  • Recently graduates/Master students
  • Studies in engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, mechanical, chemical)
  • English: negotiation level
  • Spanish: negotiation level
  • Team spirit and great collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in complex and international environments
