We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking, and relating.

The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.

What does this internship consist of? Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship job description: Join the team in charge of leading the industrialization of the A350 XWB improved production lines at the Getafe plant. This is a key project for the future of the A350 program and the plant. This project includes the industrial development of the new production line S19 Xline and the modification of production HTP and RTM lines. As part of the Manufacturing Engineering team in charge of leading the project, you will help in the coordination of the ME functions (Jigs & Tools, Robotics, Process Engineering, Maintenance, PSE, etc.) to ensure the successful implementation of new resources and processes. You will also help to ensure full coordination between the Getafe Plant team and the interface with key stakeholders: Design, Procurement, Health & Safety, Central Manufacturing Engineering, etc. You will help to achieve project objectives (schedule, scope, budget, quality) to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with internal and external regulations and directives. You will help to define, implement, and lead a project team/organization through all phases, including employees from other functions (matrix organization).

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Your profile

- Degree in Engineering or similar

- Advanced knowledge in coding languages such as Java/JavaScript (knowledge of other programming languages is appreciated: Python, C/C++ or VBA)

- Advanced knowledge in Google Drive (Google Sheet, Google Sites, Google Slides)

- Level B1 Spanish.

- Level B2 English.
