We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking, and relating.

The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026. What does this internship consist of? Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description: The main task is by taking manufacturing data from different sources (design data, manufacturing engineering data, and production data) process, analyze, and show the data to take manufacturing decisions and register. Student shall acquire knowledge of Operations processes from design definition to final manufacturing and deliver, covering the E2E process of an Aircraft Final Assembly Line (FAL). Student will work inside Manufacturing Engineering Dept. and collaborate with others as Planning and Production Control and Production. Programming skills are the main and unconditional drivers for this position. At the end of the project, all the activities must be documented for future development and maintenance.

Required skills #AirbusDiversity As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent. Other engineering specialties (aerospace, industrial, etc) are allowed too.
  • Level B1 Spanish.
  • Level B2 English.
  • Knowledge in Python, HTML, Javascript, Google App Scripts, and SQL is required.
  • Other programming skills (C#, GraphDatabase, others) would be welcome.
