Quality Conformance Management

An opportunity for a Quality Conformance Management has arisen within Airbus Operations, El Puerto de Santa Maria (Cadiz).

Responsibilities:

You will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality problems and continuous improvement projects by setting measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase:

- Operating process and product adherence to standards.

- Process improvement.

- Process repeatability, before any process changes are made and continuously throughout the life of the product.

- Management and improvement of environmental conditions in the halls.

- Management and implementation of action plans linked to product and process deviations.

- Supplier quality management.

- Improvement of KPIs set up.

Skills:

- Educated in an Engineering degree.

- Experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Organized, Proactive & Structured.

- Advanced level in English and Spanish.
