Project Manager
Your tasks:
- Overall project management: Ensuring complete delivery in customer projects, adhering to cost, quality, and schedule plans, and achieving full customer satisfaction
- Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining contractual relationships with all relevant stakeholders on the customer side
- Requirement management: Clearly defining customer needs and ensuring a shared understanding of the services to be provided (inputs, prerequisites, limitations, etc.) between project managers and customers
- Commercial management: Maintaining a precise financial overview of all projects and providing reports to the Head of Delivery
- Project leadership: Preparing and leading project meetings with project managers in your area of responsibility
- Taking on functional and/or project-related tasks in projects
- Creating documentation and presenting the results of your work
- Sales support: Assisting in commercial activities, such as answering tenders, and identifying new business opportunities
- Risk and opportunity management: Managing the risks and opportunities of all projects in your area of responsibility
- Process optimization: Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and tools
- Responsibility for change and claim management
- Responsibility for risk and opportunity management
Your qualifications:
- The role requires knowledge and skills typically acquired through a relevant degree in economics, engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field with a standard study duration of up to four years or an extended study duration of more than four years, along with relevant additional qualifications. The required knowledge and experience can also be obtained in other ways.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the above-mentioned areas
- Extensive knowledge and experience in management, corporate, or IT consulting
- Desirable experience and knowledge in the field of cybersecurity
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of conflict resolution potential
- Independent, self-reliant working style
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Outstanding organizational skills and commitment
- Special ability to work in an international team
- Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking, French desirable
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Our location is just a short distance from Munich, the beautiful capital of Bavaria. If you enjoy sports and outdoor activities, the Alps and Lake Starnberg are within an hour's reach and offer a variety of leisure activities.
Your workplace can be flexibly set between our locations within Germany, if the company agrees. These are Friedrichshafen and Finkenwerder (Hamburg). If the company agrees, the specified location will be agreed in writing in your employment contract.
