Logistics Support (F/H)
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Logistics Support (F/M) to join our Logistic and Supply Chain of the Customer Line Single Aisle department based in Toulouse, France.

Your challenges:
- Provide assistance to the Customer Line production team concerning the supply of parts and consumables to prevent any production stoppage: series flow, missing items, non-standard flows (parasitic flows), kanbans, etc.
- Ensure coordination between operational functions (Production, Technical Support, Supplier/Buyer, Stores, Distribution, etc.) to address issues impacting logistical activities.
- Be the point of contact for supply chain managers and buyers/planners within the production group.
- Carry out a logistical analysis of non-conformities (TLB, AM, NC, Folio points, derogations, etc.) in support of Technical Support.
- Prepare and actively participate in the logistical aspects of the unit's milestones: RTO (Ready To Operate), flight, Handover, TAC (Total Acceptance Certificate).
- Be proactive and implement alternative and innovative solutions to meet operational needs.
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Be involved in post safety and environmental issues.
Your boarding pass:
- Knowledge of FAL processes (Final Assembly Line) and logistics tools.
- Team spirit and a customer satisfaction culture.
- Ability to adapt quickly to operational constraints, to step out of one's comfort zone and theoretical scope when the team objective requires it.
- Ability to manage priorities and react quickly.
- High level of autonomy (self-starter).
- Ability to communicate about blocking points and find solutions.
- Proficiency in the following tools: SAP PGI, PEA.
- Knowledge of the following tools is a plus: SAP PAC, TLB, Tandem, ACPnG, AIRNAV X.
- French: Negotiation level.
- English: Ability to understand and read a technical document.
- This position is offered on a 2x8 shift schedule (two-shift system).
