Support Technique (F/H) At Airbus Commercial Aircraft

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Support Technique (F/H) to join our Maintenance Engineering department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team that develops technical expertise and assistance to aeronautical production on the Customer Line A320. Within the Technical Support, you will be involved in the processing of complex technical issues and non-conformities, as well as continuous process improvement, aiming to ensure compliance and on-time delivery of aircraft.

Your challenges:

• Provide technical assistance to the production team (fabrication dossier / AMM, risk analysis).
• Be the initial point of contact for Maintenance Engineering and handle common issues (PARA, OT).
• Perform technical analysis of non-conformities (TLB, AM, NC, derogations, Folio points).
• Prepare and be part of the Hand Over to delivery (update A/C dossier, Macro targeting of points, Flight ticket).
• Participate in PPS (Problem Solving) and lead the associated actions.

Your boarding pass:

• Professional experience level: Technician BAC +2 / BAC +3 (or equivalent).
• Technical expertise related to the position: Experience or knowledge of aircraft in Green & Cabin (FAL, Engine, Jalon FOT - FAL A320 SA).
• In-depth knowledge of FAL A320 processes and associated tools (PROD Group).
• Mastery of tools: SAP PGI, PAC, TLB, Tandem, ACPnG, IBM, AIRNAV X, DOC MASTER, QLB.
• Knowledge of aircraft configuration management.

This position is offered in 2X9 + VSD hours.
