Inspect, monitor and supervise the ongoing Civil Works construction as part of the Civil Works Domain along the Saudi Arabian Border locations for either: New Buildings (Training Center, C2-C2I Room and Rapid Response Station) and Tower, carried out by the Consortium Partner "AL-Rashid Trading & Contracting CO." (RTCC).
Review Civil Works Design Drawings. Verify and validate construction works delivered in the field are in accordance with the 'Testing and Commissioning', 'Quality Assurance (QA)' and the Approved Civil Works Design Drawings.
Attend in collaboration with the key site Stakeholders, Consortium Partner (RTCC) Site Engineers and their sub-contractors, Request for Inspection (RFI's) but not limited to. Responsible for following the systematic process of construction (RFI's) for all Building Types and Towers from Site Inception to Civil Works Acceptance and ultimately, Site Civil Works Handover to the Customer.
Oversees the Construction of the "Civil Works Interface" relating to the Airbus System, which shall be delivered as part of the Buildings and Tower scope for the Minor and Major Infrastructure.
Produces and records of site reports and submits progress of site construction on a daily basis, through Daily Progress Reports (DPR's). Submit (DPR's) to the Back Office Engineers.
Fully versed with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 'Building Code' Standards and Norms.
