Buyer / Procurement Manager (F/M)

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Buyer / Procurement Manager to join our Parts & Repair Services team based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team that develops procurement solutions for customer support and after-sales services. Within the Parts & Repair Services team, you will be involved in managing relationships with international suppliers, negotiating contracts, and implementing sourcing strategies with the goal of ensuring the availability of spare parts and aerostructures, while optimizing costs and performance.

Your Challenges

  • Integrate new suppliers and manage a portfolio of aerostructures and parts, primarily for the A220 program.

  • Participate in defining and implementing the after-sales strategy for aerostructures and parts, including securing out-of-production parts.

  • Manage the tendering and contracting processes, as well as negotiating change requests.

  • Contribute to cost reduction and cash containment initiatives.

  • Support the implementation of digital solutions for procurement processes.

Your Boarding Pass

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement or Industrial Engineering.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a buyer.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Experience in project management.

  • Interest in technical aspects and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Negotiation level of English is required. French or German are a plus.
