We are looking for an AOG 'Aircraft On Ground' Operations Coordinator, to come onboard in our Customers Support and Services Directorate in Jerome's team: a team of 11 collaborators!

Your mission as part of ATR Customer Support & Services will be to join the Material Operations Centre and report to Head of AOG Operations. You will be supporting the ATR operators for all AOG material requests. You will be focused on quality, responsiveness of airlines requests, coordination of involved ATR functions to solve complex cases, delivery performance, recovery plan and customer satisfaction and bringing ATR expertise for all AOG material needs.

The AOG Team is available 365/24/7 and is operating through shifts of 8 hours (7:00 am to 3:00 pm / 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm / 11:00 pm to 7:00 am). This job application will be completed during working hours. In case of AOG Desk team member unavailability or operational need, the AOG Operations Coordinator will integrate the shift planning in line with AOG modalities and act as a 'Backup' for the AOG Desk.

As "AOG Operations Coordinator", you will focus on the following activities:

  • Contribute to the coordination of AOG Spares Operations coming from customer requests such as Airlines, lessors and MRO with the objectives to reach delivery performance (OTD, Depth of Delay) and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the communication and the reporting to our customers, manage our Partners (Airbus & Leonardo) & suppliers, and contribute to the coordination of the internal stakeholders (Material Account Management, Supply Chain Airframe/OEM, Customer Support & Services, Spares Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, FAL, Quality…)
  • Propose improvement workshops & projects to better adapt AOG operations and monitor delivery performance. You will proactively identify, define and set up new and/or updated rules according to current context, and thus let AOG Desk Officers apply operations.
  • Assist in handling complex AOG topics, in case of no stock of spare parts, implementing project management expertise and multifunctional approach mindset. You will act as an Operations Coordinator to recover an AOG situation.
  • Support / coordinate communication with customers and/or internal stakeholders during an AOG event, while producing regular information on progress made until final resolution. Encourage customer communication improvement into the AOG team, by proposing best practices and appropriate templates.
  • Contribute to the coordination of meeting with ATR Technical Support and Engineering involved to recover AOG situation without available spare solution.
  • Promote AOG Operations improvements and success internally. Gather and Apply Return-on-Experience principles. Launch and monitor benchmark initiatives.
  • Support AOG operations by monitoring AOG backlog and involving into the complete governance of the Material Operations Centre.
  • Participate to airlines routines and exchanges according to KPI and metrics.

About you:

  • Field of study: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Program/Project Management.
  • Proven experience in customer interface roles. Experience in Airline, MRO and/or Customer Service would be a plus.
  • Expertise on SAP or another ERP environment.
  • Good level of independence, ability to develop creative solutions, while continuously helping to provide customer services under demanding situations.
  • Good interpersonal skills with an understanding of customers' operational constraints.
  • High communication skills, focus on the customer satisfaction, with the ability to communicate effectively in English - both verbally and written. Italian would be a plus.
