Marketing & Communications Manager, Iberia

About The Role

This role will develop and deliver an impactful Marketing & Communications plan for Iberia (Spain and Portugal) in alignment with the company's priorities.

Supporting you in this challenge will be an impressive Iberia senior management team, including the General Manager Iberia, as well as an EMEA Marketing & Communications team committed to bring our best collective thinking across the region to set the standard and continuously improve outcomes.

What You Will Be Responsible For, Including But Not Limited To:

  • Marketing Plan and Material - Support the profitable growth of the Iberia cluster with a go-to-market (GTM) plan and drive awareness and growth of Iberia cluster and AIG offerings through our website, digital and physical collateral.
  • External and Internal Communications - Deliver a targeted communications calendar, with emphasis on email communication and webinars et al as well as updates on internal colleague engagement, appointment announcements, and regional and global priorities. This includes managing and mitigating any potential brand or reputational risk issues across Iberia.
  • Stakeholder Management and Team Collaboration - Build trusting relationships with the General Manager and the Iberia Leadership team as well as engaging with your regional peers on the overall EMEA MarCom strategy.
  • Tools and Measurement - Use Salesforce, Adobe and other tools to ensure that strategic plans are rolled out, tracked and measured for effectiveness and ROI.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree qualified in Business Administration/Economics, Marketing/Communication, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Marketing / Communications, ideally in the financial service industry/regulated industry as well as B2B experience.
  • Proficiency with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities to meet the company's changing needs.
  • Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English with the ability to present in both languages, Portuguese language skills are an advantage.
