About The Role
To support TA partners on sourcing and manage new hires onboarding process.
Talent Sourcing
- Support recruiters to source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media, and professional networks)
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates according to role requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' experience, and cultural fit
Talent Onboarding
- Act as bridge between hiring manager, new hire, recruiter, IT and facilities team for pre-onboarding process, to ensure all required onboarding preparation is completed timely for a pleasant onboarding experience.
- Conduct Day 1 onboarding session in guiding new hires completing required tasks.
- Maintain and audit recruitment data accuracy input by recruiters, for compliance purpose
- Manage recruitment invoice payment and third party vendor management system
- Develop and maintain working relationships with HR Business Partners, TA partners and Hiring Managers to provide assistance with recruiting needs.
