Your mission:
Negotiate and close sales contracts or agreements, often with the help of commercial proposals and detailed presentations, establishing a continuous relationship with leads and customers through regular follow-ups and customization of communications, helping to guide them through the sales funnel.
In addition to maintaining accurate and updated records of contacts and customer interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring effective follow-up.
Requirements:
- Education: Complete or currently pursuing a higher education degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields;
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B internal sales, preferably in technology, services or complex solutions;
- Technical Skills: Mastery of CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), Microsoft Office package and consultative sales techniques;
- Languages: Intermediate or advanced English will be considered a differential.
Activities to be executed:
- Follow up with customers by email, WhatsApp, phone call or meeting via meet with total focus on closing;
- Optimize connection time with potential clients;
- Attend morning meetings with the sales team;
- Maintain continuous relationship with active clients, seeking opportunities for upsell and cross-sell;
- Portfolio management and registration of information in CRM;
- Follow up with leads;
- Participate monthly in sales and accounting training;
- Manage the funnel of qualified leads and give feedback on process improvements.
We are looking for people with:

- Strong organization and self-management;
- Proactivity and resilience;
- Adaptability to dynamic environments;
- Availability to work Monday to Friday with a weekly workload of 42.5 hours, and occasionally on Saturdays;
- Experience with a short sales cycle;
