Work closely with German SMEs to map their invoice management and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes; identify pain points and areas for optimization.
Act as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance on best practices in finance process automation, invoice digitization, and regulatory requirements specific to the German market.
Analyze and communicate insights on relevant competitors, alternative solutions, and evolving market trends, helping both prospects and internal teams make informed decisions.
Showcase Agicap's capabilities, ensuring strict alignment with each prospect's specific requirements and business workflows.
Emphasize integration strategies, robust solution design, and expected business impact for each client.
Ensure integration capabilities align with client expectations and reflect Agicap's product roadmap priorities.
Demonstrate reductions in manual processes, improved data accuracy, and measurable time and cost savings to client stakeholders.
Maintain a strong understanding of Agicap's product roadmap, regulatory developments, and best practices — while monitoring competitor offerings and market evolution to reinforce your consultancy.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials; deliver internal enablement for sales and implementation teams; support client onboarding.
Gather client feedback and share insights with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to inform product enhancements and roadmap adjustments.
3+ years experience in pre-sales/solution consulting or implementation roles with P2P or invoice digitization tools.
Experience at software vendors (Coupa, Serrala, Candis, Docuware) or integrators/consultancies (DATEV, SAP ecosystem, etc.)
Strong knowledge of finance automation (P2P, AP); best practices and regulatory frameworks in Germany; informed perspective on the competitive landscape (DATEV, competitors).
Excellent at live demos, process discovery, managing complex integrations, and communicating value to finance and IT decision makers.
Native-level German and strong English are essential.
Entrepreneurial, solution-driven, structured, team player, able to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, hybrid environment (on-site in Berlin with up to 2 days remote per week).
