Sr Full Stack Engineer

Our client is an AI-native agency transforming the Amazon seller experience. They are developing a cutting-edge in-house automation platform powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and agentic AI to drive profitable, scalable growth for Amazon sellers.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll be part of a small, high-impact team at an early stage, helping build AI-enabled tools that disrupt traditional e-commerce agency models. You'll play a key role in building, scaling, and iterating on platform features that blend automation, AI, and intuitive UI/UX.

What You'll Do

• Build AI-Enabled Products: Develop automation tools and services using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• LLM Integration: Design and maintain LLM-based features and RAG pipelines to support intelligent automation.
• Develop Agentic Tools: Build scalable agent-driven systems using AI frameworks and web automation tools like Selenium or Playwright.
• Rapid Prototyping: Quickly ideate, build, and iterate on features in response to evolving product needs.
• Scale Thoughtfully: Build with scalability in mind—fast MVPs that evolve into robust, maintainable systems.

Who You Are

• Experienced Full Stack Engineer: 5+ years of experience (4–5 years preferred) across backend and frontend development.
• Python & AI Savvy: Strong Python skills and direct experience with LLMs, AI frameworks, and RAG optimization.
• Automation Enthusiast: Proficiency with tools like LangChain, CrewAI, Selenium, or Playwright.
• Frontend Capable: Familiar with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks for building modern web interfaces.
• Startup-Minded: Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and a strong bias toward shipping and learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a high-growth or early-stage startup.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplaces, or Amazon's seller ecosystem.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Portfolio or open-source projects involving AI, RAG, or automation.
