Account Manager

Our client is seeking a skilled Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for international clients pursuing financing for U.S. real estate investments. From the first conversation through post-closing support, you will guide clients through the lending process, build trust, and ensure a smooth, clear, and successful experience.

You will also oversee and coordinate with Processing Managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of all back-office and support tasks related to each loan file.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct introductory calls with potential clients, providing an overview of financing options
2. Collect and analyze client information to match them with optimal loan terms
3. Present loan proposals, address questions, and communicate the value of the services
4. Manage ongoing client communications and foster long-term relationships
5. Host post-signing kick-off calls with clients and the Processing Manager to clarify next steps and required documentation
6. Support the Processing Manager in handling client escalations or complex questions
7. Monitor loan progress and manage client expectations
8. Promote client satisfaction to encourage referrals and repeat business
