Scientific Assistant

AGC Biologics is looking for a scientific assistant to support the Engineering and Operational Support department in Heidelberg.

Profile:

• Good German and English skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Team player, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Good organizational talent
• Enrolled in a natural science or technical program

Responsibilities:

• Recording of the locking system (locks, keys), cleaning of the key inventory, and labeling of all doors
• Recording of safety equipment (e.g., ladders, fire extinguishers, first aid, emergency showers, safety doors)
• Matching on-site evacuation plans and completing safety signage
• Inventory of the EOS warehouse
• Setting up a structured warehouse system for a spare parts warehouse
• Writing GBU’s for equipment
• Compilation of documents for TÜV inspections
