✨ About The Role
- Responsible for leading the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, outreach, qualification, closing, and process improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to automate work for construction contractors through software integration
- Attend industry events, conduct job-site visits, and manage inbound and referral leads to drive sales growth
- Opportunity for quick advancement into a Sales leadership position as the company continues to grow, reporting directly to the CEO
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced sales professional with a minimum of 5-8 years in a quota-carrying role at a b2b SaaS company, ideally in the construction industry
- Strong track record of closing deals, customer retention, and receiving positive feedback from managers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with a hunger for success and a proactive, self-directed mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate compelling arguments and counterpoints effectively
- Curious about the product and willing to understand it in detail to better serve customers and drive sales
