What You'll Do

• Continuous updating of databases for experimental data, ensuring integrity and completeness of raw and metadata
• Writing basic data wrangling and analysis scripts
• 10-15 hours per week, consistent availability 2 days per week required, flexible around class schedule and exams periods.

About You

• Undergraduate degree in a subject with data science/coding component (e.g. data science, statistics, computational biology)
• Coding experience in R and/or Python and ideally SQL
• Understanding of best practices in data management
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently
• Preferred:
  • Some knowledge of biology/experimental data
  • Basic experience with cloud data storage and cloud computing
