Job Purpose
Achieve assigned KPIs and wealth targets through proactive sales activities such as acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, and cross-selling wealth solutions like Bancassurance/Takaful and cash management. It involves growing deposits and fee-based income, enhancing customer stickiness, and consistently analyzing portfolios to identify upselling opportunities. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience is key.
