Role Purpose
The HR Coordinator provides first line advice and services including but not limited to: recruitment, employee life cycle, policies, HRIS data accuracy, performance management, training and day to day HR administrative tasks.
In this role you will be covering European employees' population. You will assist People Services, HRBPs, HR Managers and HRIS Teams in ensuring seamless, integrated, efficient high-volume HR activities services are provided to all employees and managers, enabling regional, global consistency and economy of scale.
In turn, in this role you will be supporting multi-country agenda and being involved in many HR initiatives for retail and corporate employees population.
Fluent in French is a must. Additional language is a plus.
Role Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To –
- Administrative excellence and precision:
- Be first point of contact on HR queries for managers and employees and escalate accordingly
- Manage all employee lifecycle tasks which includes accurately processing, new hires, transfers, promotions, employee relations admin, leavers, mobility, organization chart etc.
- Deliver ongoing support to internal clients in line with SLAs by proactive communication and assistance, provide timely and accurate information, establish effective partnership with line managers, follow up to execute results
- Administer in a timely manner data base and maintain employment records. Ensure data accuracy in HRIS system – Workday Liaise with Payroll team on proper information flow on all changes
- Manage basic employment relation cases

- Monitor legislative changes to help maintaining the organizational policies and procedures up to date
- Data analytics and insight:
- Prepare and manage the generation of comprehensive reports and visually intuitive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into HR service delivery performance.
- Translate data findings into actionable insights, enabling HR leaders to make informed decisions, fine-tune strategies, and optimize resource allocation
- Process excellence and innovation:
- Regularly review and maintain internal HR space content, HR knowledge base to ensure its relevance for employee population and HR Teams
- Ensure HR processes and templates are documented, mapped and updated in SOPs
- Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, actively participating in the identification of opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation
- Propose, test and pilot, and implement innovative solutions that significantly enhance HR service delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate employee experience i.e. end to end recruitment and onboarding process
- Data Governance and audit:
- Serve as the guardian of HR data integrity within our systems and databases. Continually ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Deliver accurate and on time statutory and internal reporting, provide input and validate data for the audit
- Other:
- Support performance cycle activities and HR related projects including upskilling people managers
- Provide trainings and events support (materials, logistics).
- This is a full time position operating with a hybrid working pattern. This is an 18 month fixed term contract.

- Experience within retail/hospitality industry or fast paced matrix organization
- Proven experience in managing high volume requests on administrative tasks
- Knowledge of local legislations
- Business and numbers acumen and commercial understanding
- Ticketing system knowledge and use (Zendesk, Service Now is a plus)
- HRIS system experience (Workday preferably, Success Factor is a plus)
