Job Summary:

As Service Coordinator, you are part of our Service Support team, and your passion for providing exceptional service contributes to world-class client satisfaction. You will be the first line of response to our diverse client base, communicating in an open, helpful, and engaging manner to find each client's unique solution.

You will schedule installations, service calls, and resolve client issues. You will organize and triage issues while managing communication to appropriate teammates and clients. You will work with various teams to resolve client concerns and serve as an ambassador for our brand.

Job Description:

  • Schedule and adjust Service personnel based on work order efficiency requirements.
  • Manage Project Activity to achieve project milestones to client satisfaction.
  • Communicate with clients, teammates, and vendor partners to keep the work order/project aligned with client goals.
  • Proof and complete Field Service workorders.
  • Be the Voice of the Clients by listening to their needs and concerns, then conveying those concerns to the appropriate Aerowave teammates.
  • In For Service Equipment Check-In
  • Perform In For Service - Customer Updates and PO/Payment Calls
  • Perform Post Repair Completion - Follow Ups
