Job Summary:
As Service Coordinator, you are part of our Service Support team, and your passion for providing exceptional service contributes to world-class client satisfaction. You will be the first line of response to our diverse client base, communicating in an open, helpful, and engaging manner to find each client's unique solution.
You will schedule installations, service calls, and resolve client issues. You will organize and triage issues while managing communication to appropriate teammates and clients. You will work with various teams to resolve client concerns and serve as an ambassador for our brand.
