Job Title: Welder

Structural Welder – Fabrication | Up to $32/hr | Full-Time

We are hiring experienced Structural Welders to join a growing fabrication team focused on-beam welding for the construction industry. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders who can read blueprints and work efficiently in a shop environment.

Pay Rate:

• Up to $32/hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Flux Core (FCAW) and MIG welding on structural steel
• Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication tasks
• Weld and fabricate I-beams and mild steel components
• Fit and assemble parts (fitting experience is a plus but not required)

Requirements:

• Proficiency in FCAW and MIG welding
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience in structural steel fabrication
• Familiarity with hand tools and wire feed welding

Work Environment:

• Indoor shop bay environment (not temperature controlled)
• Fast-paced, production-oriented setting

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
