Immediate Hiring!! Welder – Structural Steel Fabricators!! START ASAP!!

We're seeking a skilled welder to join our fabrication team in Spokane. In this hands-on role, you'll work primarily with I beams and structural steel components for the construction industry. You'll be welding in a shop environment using flux core and MIG techniques, with blueprint reading as a key part of your daily workflow. Fitting and fabrication experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate structural steel, especially I beams
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide welding projects
• Perform efficient, high-quality welds using flux core and MIG techniques
• Maintain safety and precision in all fabrication tasks

What You Bring

• Proficiency in flux core and MIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience in structural steel fabrication

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with FCAW and hard wire welding
• Fitting and fabrication experience
• Knowledge of TIG welding and working with mild steel

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
