Your Day-to-Day

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Fabricate and assemble components with precision and quality
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

What You Bring

• Proven welding experience in industrial, structural, or custom fabrication settings
• Ability to pass weld tests and certifications (AWS, ASME, etc. a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards
• Experience with grinders, torches, plasma cutters, and other shop tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certifications preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
