Welder - $21/hr

Welder – Shelbyville, KY

Location: Shelbyville, KY

Responsibilities:

• Perform repair welding on parts missed by robotic welders
• Set up jigs and fixtures, adjust for quality
• Operate welding and production equipment
• Use measuring tools to ensure quality standards
• Maintain records and a clean work area
• Perform MIG welding, buffing, spot welding, fixture setups
• Load jigs, pack, deburr, sort, and rework parts
• Read and interpret blueprints

Required Skills:

• MIG welding experience
• Manufacturing or welding
• Ability to meet production targets while maintaining quality
• Must pass a MIG weld test

Additional Skills:

• Machine loading experience (preferred)
• Strong attendance and punctuality

Work Environment:

• Non-temperature-controlled manufacturing facility
• Can be hot in summer and cool in winter

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.
