Welder - $20/hr-$26/hr
Join our team as a welder responsible for performing repair welds on parts that robotic welders may have missed. You will play a crucial role in maintaining production numbers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality parts for warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct repair welding on parts missed by robotic welders.
- Set up jigs and fixtures, adjusting equipment as necessary to produce products.
- Operate equipment efficiently to meet production standards.
- Utilize measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records and a clean work area.
- Follow verbal and written instructions related to die and equipment operations.
- Perform fixture set-ups, buffing, spot welding, and mig welding.
- Load jigs and pack, deburr, sort, and rework parts as needed.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Mig welding.
- Ability to interpret blueprints.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in a welding capacity, ideally in farming or manufacturing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Machine loading experience is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must pass a Mig weld test.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
