Welder $20 -$23/hr.
Weld steel components using flux core and/or hard wire techniques.
Interpret and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
Ensure welds meet quality standards and design specifications.
Troubleshoot welding equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
Perform quality checks and correct unsatisfactory welds.
Train lower-level welders and guide them in welding techniques.
Identify and perform corrective actions for heat-affected areas.
D1.1 certification in flux core and hard wire welding.
Ability to interpret and understand blueprints.
2+ years of experience in Flux Core Welding.
Basic fitting skills.
Understanding of heat affected areas and their reactions to base metals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleburne, Texas.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
