Warehouse Worker

Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including tasks such as loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping. Receive and process warehouse stock products by picking, unloading, auditing, labeling, and storing them. Utilize barcode and scanning technology for order fulfillment and inventory management. Inspect products for defects and damages, examine incoming and outgoing shipments, and perform inventory controls while maintaining high quality standards for audits.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products.
• Use barcode and scanning technology for order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with forklift operation.
• Proficiency in inventory management.
• Ability to use RF scanner.
• Experience with pallet jacks.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
• General labor skills.
• Material handling expertise.
• Order picking proficiency.
• Experience in unloading and loading.
• Warehouse inventory management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ months of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkins, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
