Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play a crucial role in processing and preparing orders for delivery or pickup. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
• Operate RF scanners and pallet jacks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through order picking.
• Stand, bend, and lift for 8-10 hours while handling items weighing up to 50 lbs periodically.
• Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Read small print and understand written and verbal English instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• 1+ year of order picking experience with an RF scan gun.
• Comfortable working on a computer.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read small print.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous detailed packaging experience is highly recommended.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Steel-toed boots are required.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large distribution center with racking and processing areas designed for shipping. You will work in a processing zone where packages are prepared for shipping, using computers and equipment such as wave riders and pallet jacks. Shifts are from 5am to 3:30pm, either Sunday through Wednesday or Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Steel-toed boots are required for safety.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Eagan, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
