About the Role

As a Warehouse Worker, you'll play a key part in processing orders and handling boxes of files, records, and materials. This is a physically active job perfect for someone who likes to stay busy and enjoys hands-on work.

You'll lift, carry, stack, move, and organize boxes ranging from 50–100 lbs, operate basic warehouse equipment, and help make sure orders get where they need to go.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lift, carry, push, pull, and move boxes throughout the day
• Stand, kneel, bend, squat, and climb stairs regularly
• Process incoming/outgoing orders and read labels accurately
• Use handheld scanners and the company's order-tracking system
• Load pallets, shrink-wrap materials, and move them with pallet jacks or hand carts
• Manually load boxes onto pallets and support truck loading
• Work independently while staying efficient and safe

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience with order selection or picking
• Able to frequently lift heavy products and boxes (50–100 lbs)
• Comfortable using RF scanners
• Material handling or unloading experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Work Environment

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Active, fast-paced warehouse setting
• Work involves standing and physical movement throughout your shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Burnsville, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
