About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and self-motivated Traveling Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with mechanical and electrical systems, and hitting the road to support customers across the Midwest, East Coast, and Canada.

As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery at client sites. You'll be the face of our company—delivering expert service with professionalism and technical know-how.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on industrial equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades
• Install new machinery and ensure proper setup and calibration
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions
• Document service calls and maintain accurate records
• Travel regularly throughout the Midwest, East Coast, and into Canada

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery, PLCs, and control systems
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%)
• Valid passport (or ability to obtain one) for travel to Canada
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $93600.00/yr.
