Construction Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our Foundation Crew as a Helper. This role involves assisting in the setup and maintenance of foundational structures for grain facilities. Key tasks include digging foundations to support equipment operation, forming, pouring, and finishing concrete pads, and assembling conveying systems using various fasteners. The position also requires general labor duties such as gathering materials, managing tools, and maintaining cleanliness at the site.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and maintenance of foundational structures for grain facilities.
• Dig foundations to support equipment operations.
• Form, pour, and finish concrete pads.
• Assemble conveying systems using various fasteners.
• Perform general labor duties such as gathering materials and managing tools.
• Maintain site cleanliness.

Work Environment:

This is an outdoor role at a construction site, involving interaction with various trades and companies. The work takes place in a dynamic environment with grain silos and frequent truck movements. The candidate must be prepared to work in diverse weather conditions. The site operates within a 60-mile radius of Lebanon, Indiana. Mandatory dress includes boots, jeans without holes, and high visibility shirts for safety.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, IN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
