Technical Service Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Technical Service Coordinator to serve as a liaison between the production facility and our customers. In this role, you will conduct site visits to support customers with any technical issues related to radiation shields and interface directly with them.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the production facility and customers.
• Conduct site visits to support customers with technical issues related to radiation shields.
• Interface with customers to resolve technical issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and guidance using mechanical tools and expertise.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of service interactions.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical experience and ability to use hand tools such as torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and power drills.
• Computer skills and data entry proficiency.
• Customer service oriented with a focus on providing excellent service.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in dealing with technical issues and solutions is advantageous.

The role requires the ability to travel, particularly when third-party vendors are unable to respond to customer technical issues within seven days. Work involves using mechanical tools and interfacing with customers in various environments.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vestavia, Alabama.

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $24.03/hr.
