We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented CNC Punch Operator responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC punch machines to manufacture precision metal parts and components. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, ensuring quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machinery, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Our brand new facility will accommodate about 200-250 people on-site once fully staffed. The work environment includes a manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. Safety is a priority; steel-toed boots are required, and safety glasses are provided. Employees must wear long pants made of thicker material and long sleeves or cut-resistant sleeves, which we will help supply. Be prepared to stand or walk for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25–50 lbs. The position operates on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule from 6 am to 6 pm, with the first week dedicated to comprehensive training.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, Maryland.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
