Construction Laborer
The construction laborer position involves working on construction projects from 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime discussed per project needs. The role includes performing general labor tasks such as demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient construction site.
Responsibilities
- Perform demolition work and assist in loading and unloading materials.
- Engage in digging and clean-up tasks to support daily operations at the construction site.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Support overall project goals through general labor tasks.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial or large residential job setting.
- Ability to speak upon safety precautions in a construction environment.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Experience with concrete and carpentry work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge.
- Experience with forklifts, scissor lifts, scaffolding, and loading/lifting tasks.
- Ability to use tape measures, hammers, and saws.
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Ability to interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Work Environment
The construction laborer will work primarily outdoors and near moving mechanical parts. The role occasionally involves working in high places and exposure to wet or humid conditions. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
