Job Description

Work hours are from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime depending on project needs. The role involves performing general laborer tasks such as demolition, loading and unloading, digging, and clean-up to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site. The position is focused on supporting the overall project, with a significant emphasis on general cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition tasks and assist in loading and unloading materials.
• Engage in digging and general site clean-up to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support daily operations at the construction site efficiently.
• Adhere to safety precautions and protocols in a construction environment.

Essential Skills

• General labor experience in construction.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• 3+ years' experience in a commercial or large residential job setting.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to speak upon safety precautions in a construction environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with concrete, carpentry, forklift, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, scissor lift, scaffolding.
• Ability to use a tape measure, hammer, and saw.
• Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various forms.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical capacity profile, and E-Verify.
• Reliable transportation method to get to and from work.

Pay and Benefits
