Electronic Assembler – Your Soldering Skills Are in Demand

Soldering is a hot, high-demand skillset, and we're looking for talented Electronic Assemblers who want to put those skills to work building the next generation of high-performance sensors and components. This is hands-on, high-impact work where you'll see your craftsmanship come to life in every finished unit.

What You'll Do

• Build electronic sensors using surface-mount and through-hole soldering
• Attach wires and cables to circuit boards and harnesses
• Perform mechanical assembly of complete units
• Use a microscope for precision soldering and inspection
• Follow detailed instructions to meet strict quality standards
• Cross-train in other assembly and testing areas to expand your skillset

What You Bring

• 1+ year of soldering experience
• 1+ year of electronic assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical documentation
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Comfort working with small, detailed components under a microscope

• Fast-paced, hands-on assembly environment
• First shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Casual dress code (closed-toe shoes required; no loose clothing for safety)

This is a Permanent position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
