Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team. The role is crucial in ensuring the smooth processing of shipping paperwork, tracking shipments, and working collaboratively with the logistics and export teams. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is adept at managing multiple tasks and maintaining accuracy in all documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for shipping using UPS, DHL, FedEx, and related software.
• Receive incoming packages and ensure shipment paperwork is organized and correct.
• Track shipments and prepare invoices, both manually and electronically.
• Perform quality checks on shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize SAP, Microsoft Office, and Excel for data entry and order pulling.
• Collaborate closely with the logistics and export teams.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of shipping experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping-related computer software.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work with a large variety of parts for shipping and receiving.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and data entry.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
