Set Up Machine Operator Paying 23 - 24/hr

Direct Hire Machine Operator

Pay: $20-24.00 per hour

This position offers a 1st shift schedule from 6am to 3pm or 2nd shift 3pm-12am Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work additional hours on weekdays and weekends as needed.

The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating various production machines according to the production schedule, using hand and power tools for setup and adjustments. The role requires troubleshooting minor issues and collaborating with other machine operators to address machine-related problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up various production machines following the production schedule.
• Use hand and power tools to set up machines and make necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshoot minor issues before escalating to maintenance.
• Collaborate with other machine operators to resolve machine-related issues.
• Be willing to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine setup.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Experience in production and machine operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or other GMP-related fields is preferred.
