Position: Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial air compressors, air dryers, and related systems.
• Perform installations, start-ups, and preventative maintenance on compressed air equipment.
• Engage directly with customers to understand needs and deliver high-quality service.
• Use wiring schematics and technical documentation to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting on communication, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Rebuild, time, and set clearances on blowers and rotary screw air ends.
• Collaborate with internal teams for parts sourcing and service coordination.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior technicians.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with rotary screw air compressors, air dryers, and industrial mechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, microprocessor controls, and alignment procedures.
• Ability to work independently and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Familiarity with brands like Sullair, Kaishan, Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco, Gardner Denver, Quincy, Kaeser, Mikropor, Zeks, etc.
• Proven ability to identify mechanical faults and ensure equipment longevity.
• Commitment to professionalism and high-quality workmanship.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits
