Service Technician – Industrial Air Compressor & HVAC Systems

Position: Service Technician
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial air compressors, air dryers, and related systems.
- Perform installations, start-ups, and preventative maintenance on compressed air equipment.
- Engage directly with customers to understand needs and deliver high-quality service.
- Use wiring schematics and technical documentation to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting on communication, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Rebuild, time, and set clearances on blowers and rotary screw air ends.
- Collaborate with internal teams for parts sourcing and service coordination.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior technicians.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with rotary screw air compressors, air dryers, and industrial mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, microprocessor controls, and alignment procedures.
- Ability to work independently and maintain excellent customer communication.
- Familiarity with brands like Sullair, Kaishan, Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco, Gardner Denver, Quincy, Kaeser, Mikropor, Zeks, etc.
- Proven ability to identify mechanical faults and ensure equipment longevity.

Pay and Benefits
