Commercial Mobile Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily work of Service Techs, focusing on plumbing, heating, and refrigeration systems. The role requires you to read and understand blueprints, effectively communicate with team members and subcontractors, and professionally represent the company. You must be able to accept direction, lead, and delegate work as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day allocation of labor to ensure jobs are completed in a timely, comprehensive, and profitable manner.
• Troubleshoot and solve HVAC, hydronic, piping, and control problems.
• Follow up with customers for quality assurance purposes to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Act as the senior technical support for other Service Techs, answering most technical questions and assisting with various issues.
• Attend job site and office meetings related to assigned projects, prepared to address any arising issues.
• Complete all forms, revisions, requests for tools/equipment/materials required for each project.
• Work dependably in emergency situations when called.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Type & Location:

This is a position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
