Service Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The primary responsibilities include general building maintenance and preparing vacant apartments for new tenants. This role involves a variety of tasks such as fixing door handles, addressing stovetop issues, installing dishwashers, repairing and changing out toilets, and changing batteries in alarm systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in vacant apartments.
• Fix door handles and stovetop issues.
• Install dishwashers and repair toilets.
• Change out toilets and replace batteries in alarm systems.
• Conduct basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Some prior experience with property maintenance.
• Good customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
