Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems. Key duties include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and fixing system issues, managing customer service interactions, and keeping accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose and fix issues within HVAC systems efficiently.
- Manage customer service interactions professionally and courteously.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Essential Skills
- Experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation.
- Knowledge of refrigeration and cooling systems.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
- Proficiency with HVAC system tools and equipment.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Chiller and cooling tower experience is a plus.
- Understanding of refrigeration principles and saturation.
- Familiarity with technical components such as motors, loop systems, and water treatment.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds of equipment.
- Reliable transportation.

The role involves service and maintenance work in Dade and Broward areas. A company vehicle is provided. Technicians are expected to have basic tools such as hammers, pliers, screwdrivers, and knives; all other necessary equipment is supplied.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, Florida.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $50.00/hr.
