Service Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will repair and rebuild lease returns, trade-in machines, and rentals to be sold to our growing and demanding customer base. Additionally, you will handle the repair of customer machines as they come into the shop. Our Shop Service Representatives are committed to providing quality customer service and communication to minimize costs and ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Repair and rebuild lease returns, trade-in machines, and rentals.
• Handle repairs of customer machines in the shop.
• Ensure quality customer service and effective communication.
• Conduct diagnostic testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a high standard of mechanical and electrical repairs.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mobile equipment.
• Experience in automotive or small engine repair.
• Proficiency in working with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical and hydraulic schematics.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis, MN.
