A well-established technical services company in Omaha, NE is seeking a reliable Gaming Service Technician to perform service calls on a variety of gaming and amusement equipment. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently in the field, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Description

Gaming Service Technicians are responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining gaming and amusement equipment commonly found in bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Equipment includes slot-style machines, claw machines, dart boards, and similar gaming devices. Technicians will travel to customer locations using a company vehicle and represent the company with professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service calls to diagnose, repair, and maintain gaming equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accurately
• Install new machines and perform equipment upgrades as needed
• Ensure all machines are operational, safe, and compliant with company standards
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during all site visits
• Operate and maintain company vehicles; keep a clean driving record
• Accurately document service work performed

Essential Skills

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience repairing electronics or small equipment is preferred, but not required
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn are highly valued
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required

Work Environment & Schedule

• Primarily field-based work at customer locations
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Professional appearance and customer-facing demeanor expected

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr. We provide eligible employees with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Omaha, NE.
