Service Technician

Service Technician - $24/hr - 1st Shift

As a Service Technician, you will travel to customer sites within the Dayton area to perform repairs, preventative maintenance, or installations. You will work with large industrial and commercial companies, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing systems such as racking, dock doors, and conveyors.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Install new systems including racking, dock doors, and conveyors.
• Perform mechanical installation and repair of chains, bearings, motors, drive systems, sprockets, and gears.
• Conduct low voltage wiring and control panel troubleshooting up to 220v.
• Carry out electrical troubleshooting and repair work.
• Perform welding and fabrication work as needed.

Work Environment

The work environment will vary depending on the customer site. Most facilities are non-climate controlled. You will collaborate with Maintenance Managers and other managers within the plant.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr. Medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits. Short term and long term disability.
