Technician

We're seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined Technician to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This dynamic role involves traveling to various client sites—including retail stores, hospitals, and schools—to install and maintain spot coolers, portable air-cooled air conditioners used for short- and long-term cooling needs. You'll be the face of our service, ensuring professional installation and client satisfaction while also supporting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive a 14" or 16" box truck to deliver and pick up portable AC units.
• Install spot coolers and run ductwork into ceilings at client sites.
• Activate and test AC units on-site.
• Use basic hand tools for installation and maintenance.
• Assist with warehouse tasks: shipping, loading/unloading, and cleaning equipment and facilities.

Essential Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting
• Assembly and installation experience
• Customer service proficiency
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience with hand tools
• Preventive maintenance and field service experience

Work Environment:

• Small team with supervision from branch and local managers
• On-call rotation includes weekend availability every other weekend
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Non-climate-controlled workspace
• Dress code: jeans, steel-toed shoes, polo shirt

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
